Travis Hafner's been actived from the 15-day DL, reports MLB.com's Jordan Bastian. Hafner's in the Indians' lineup for Wednesday's game, batting fourth.
Hafner was batting .242/.380/.439 with six home runs and 23 RBI before a right knee injury sent him to the sideline in late May.
The Indians haven't announced a corresponding roster move, but Shelley Duncan isn't listed on Wednesday's lineup card, as he's expected to go on paternity leave.
