Tommy Bohanon is expected to be the starting fullback for the Jets this season, but he has minimal Fantasy value in the majority of leagues. Bohanon is coming off a broken collarbone in 2014, which sent him to injured reserve. He appeared in four games last season with one carry for 3 yards and two catches for 30 yards. In 2013, when he played 16 games, Bohanon had 17 carries for 62 yards and 11 catches for 69 yards. That's about what you can expect from him this season, so ignore him in all leagues on Draft Day.
