Cowboys' Andrew Booth: Traded to Dallas
The Cowboys acquired Booth via trade from Minnesota in exchange for Nahshon Wright on Friday, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.
Booth will make his way to Dallas after serving in a supplementary cornerback role with the Vikings in the 2023 season. The 6-foot defensive back is likely to compete against rookie Eric Scott for a backup spot behind Trevon Diggs on the Cowboys' depth chart.

Vikings' Andrew Booth: Practicing again
Booth (knee) has been participating in OTAs, Will Ragatz of Sports Illustrated reports.
Booth had an injury-plagued rookie season and struggled in coverage in his limited opportunities on the field. He registered 12 total tackles while seeing defensive snaps in only two games last season before being placed on injured reserve in November after having surgery on his meniscus. The 2022 second-round pick out of Clemson appears to have moved past his procedure and will now compete for an increased role in the Vikings' secondary as he enters his second year in the NFL.

Vikings' Andrew Booth: Making progress
Booth (knee) is doing well in his recovery from knee surgery, and should be ready for training camp, head coach Kevin O'Connell said Thursday, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Booth underwent surgery in November and is expected to be limited during OTAs. However, if he can be healthy by training camp, he should be able to begin the 2023 campaign on time. The 2022 second-round selection made six appearances last season for the Vikings, recording 12 tackles.

Booth was placed on injured reserve Wednesday after having surgery on his injured meniscus.
Booth's injury comes as a major blow to the Vikings, making an injury-riddled secondary even thinner. The rookie cornerback is expected to miss the remainder of the regular season but could potentially return for the playoffs. Booth's presence will be greatly missed this week against the Jets, who's passing game looked red-hot in the win over the Bears.

Booth had surgery Monday to repair his knee, and initially it was believed there was a chance he could return in January. However, it appears after the procedure was completed it was determined that would not be possible. The second-round rookie selection will now turn his focus to being ready for the 2023 campaign. Kris Boyd will be a candidate to see increased opportunity with Booth sidelined.

Vikings' Andrew Booth: Return this season uncertain
Coach Kevin O'Connell said Monday that Booth (knee) will "more than likely" head to injured reserve after having undergone knee surgery, Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press reports.
O'Connell said Booth's injury is "either going to be something that potentially ends his season" or a situation that could see him return "at some point in January." The rookie second-round pick began earning a role on defense starting Week 10, and he notched 12 total tackles in his last two games played. Starting with Sunday's game against the Jets, and as long as Booth remains out, Kris Boyd will likely handle an increased defensive role.
